ERP !!

erp has been rising in our small little city of singapore ..
i wonder y the cost always goes up the timing always extend when the govt mention that erp was used to "control" the amount of vehicle that goes in the peak hr.. jus take a look back.. few yrs back when the erp was only known as the bcd area.. it only require drivers to pay if they r driving into the cbd area like robinson rd,shenton way, orchard.. but now.. !!!
erp is no longer a control of vehicle method.. so maybe the govt can stop using this to tell the public when they r setting up more erp over the island... !! it had become an extra income for the lta !!
lets take a look at this which might happen few yrs later in spore.. Or maybe SENtoSa !!!
